The company Ubbink BV was founded in 1896 and, through decades of experience in the production of heating and flue systems, is one of the market leaders in safe and suitable exhaust systems. Ubbink’s technologies make homes more energy-efficient and improve indoor air quality. In addition to exhaust and ventilation duct systems, Ubbink manufactures and distributes products for watertight and airtight constructions. Ubbink operates throughout Europe and around the world.
“We have around 35 devices, which were managed differently before Topcart. Another company handled maintenance for around half of the devices. We took care of the remaining devices ourselves. Whenever something broke, we had to find a solution ourselves and decide whether to purchase a new device or simply replace individual parts. This was very time-consuming. If a device breaks down, we no longer have to deal with it ourselves: Topcart determines which device is the most cost-effective for our needs and replaces it free of charge.”
