Which data of applicants are processed by us and for which purposes?
We will process the following personal data of applicants:
– Personal Identification Information: First name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth name, place of birth, nationality
– Information about your personal background
– Information on school history
– Information on your professional background
How is the data processed?
We will collect, record, store, use, delete and also destroy the data. The only purpose for which applicants’ personal data is processed is the application process. We process all information provided to us by applicants from persons who apply for a job in our company. This applies both to applications for specific vacancies and to unsolicited applications.

Recording time:
(a) Your application file (by post or e-mail) will be destroyed when the procedure has been completed.
b) Contact data, information on a possible serious disability, an unsolicited application, qualification as well as data on the receipt of the application or confirmation of receipt, invitation to an interview and recruitment, rejection or withdrawal of the application are recorded in the applicant database. They are deleted one year after completion of the application procedure. The same applies to correspondence relating to applications and documents relating to the selection procedure.
Rights for affected persons
Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, there is a right of access, and data subjects are also entitled to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO), restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) and data transferability (Art. 20 DSGVO). In addition, under Art. 21 DSGVO, applicants have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to the applicant on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 e or f DSGVO for reasons arising from their particular situation. If the data are processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 7 DSGVO, applicants may revoke such data at any time with immediate effect pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO. However, we would like to point out that it is necessary to provide personal data for the application. Otherwise we will not be able to consider the applicant in the application procedure.
Right of appeal
Furthermore, there is a right of appeal to the supervisory authority, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Hessen.
Where is the data processed?
The data is processed exclusively in the computer centre of Topcart GmbH in the Federal Republic of Germany (in the State of Hessen).
