3. Purpose of the processing
We only process personal data if this is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations or if there is a legitimate interest on our part. Processing is generally carried out based on Art. 6 GDPR – for the initiation, execution and processing of business relationships in the B2B sector. We process the following personal data:
– Name of the contact person
– Business telephone number
– Business e-mail address
The processing serves the following purposes in particular
– Preparation of offers, execution of contracts and invoicing within the scope of supply contracts for printers and toners
– Communication with business customers (e.g. for service requests or product information)
– Implementation of maintenance and support services
– Sending promotional emails to existing customers in accordance with Section 7 (3) UWG (see separate point)
– Fulfillment of statutory retention obligations

To fulfill our contractual obligations, we process your data exclusively on our own servers.
We also use service providers, e.g.:

Data protection-compliant order processing contracts in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exist with all service providers – if mandatory.
6. Storage period
Personal data is stored for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract. In addition, certain data is subject to retention periods under commercial and tax law (usually 6 or 10 years).
7. Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Sending advertising emails to contractual/existing customers in accordance with section 7 (3) UWG
If you purchase goods or services from us and provide your e-mail address, we reserve the right to send you information by e-mail about similar products or services from our range. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 para. 3 UWG. You can object to this use at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. You will find a corresponding unsubscribe link in each of our emails.
