Aptar Dortmund GmbH has been a customer of Topcart GmbH for almost 20 years, and for good reason. For 15 years, Ms. Wagner has been responsible for the company's 120 devices and is the person in charge when it comes to Print Management. When she joined the company, Aptar Dortmund GmbH was already one of Topcart GmbH's satisfied customers, and Ms. Wagner was quickly convinced as well—and remains so to this day. The reason is Topcart's reliability, the speed with which deliveries and technician appointments are handled, and above all the consumption-based concept: customers only pay for the toner, while the complete all-round service is included. This includes service, maintenance, spare parts, as well as the replacement and disposal of consumables and devices. In the event of a technical fault, a technician is on site within 24 hours to solve the problem or replace the device free of charge, guaranteeing Ms. Wagner 100% operational reliability. Simple billing based on toner consumption also ensures a high level of planning certainty, with no additional investments or minimum purchase quantities and no hidden costs. This makes it possible to calculate costs precisely, which benefits not only Ms. Wagner but especially the accounting department.

With Topcart, Ms. Wagner has a reliable IT service partner that takes care of everything. This gives her more time for the core business and her important tasks. When a colleague reports a problem, one call to Topcart is all it takes, and action is taken immediately—with no call center, hotline or long waits for a technician. In the event of serious problems, the technician comes by the same day and repairs the device. If this is uneconomical, Ms. Wagner receives a new device. Here too, the service is provided very quickly, so Ms. Wagner experiences no disruption to everyday office operations and her employees can fully concentrate on their work.
